解压进入server文件夹，上传：
python uploader.zip
Windows下则是：双击server\uploader.bat
输入APPID（前提是你已经有一个ID，没有就用Google账号新建一个，为了防止恶意注册，请验证手机。国家选other，号码前加上“+86”），邮箱，密码，开始上传
如果出现：
ERROR appcfg.py:2128 An unexpected error occurred. Aborting.
URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 32] Broken pipe>
urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 32] Broken pipe>

好了，有VPN的挂VPN，有GoAgent（ssh类似）的这样：

当显示“Completed update of app： ***, version: *”,成功了。
打开local文件夹
修改proxy.ini文件，将“appid=”后的goagent改成刚刚上传的APPID，多个ID可以用竖线“|”隔开以达到负载平衡。顺便将“mode = http”改成“mode = https”
将local下的CA.crt文件导入到浏览器中，安装SwitchySharp插件。
python proxy.py
Windows则是下运行goagent.exe
运行addto-startup.vbs设置为开机启动。
运行GoAgent，最小化。
打开部分https网站提示“错误 2 (net::ERR_FAILED)：未知错误。”
终端显示
SSLError: [Errno 1] _ssl.c:503: error:14094412:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert bad certificate
重启一下浏览器吧

似乎是gaeproxy最好用, WP的一个Memono Mod版(由+Memono Liu制作)直接只保留gaeproxy
安全性来说WP可以直接AES加密传输, GoA走https的话也有SSL加密
